She was predeceased by: her husband Aaron Lloyd Scarborough, Sr.; her sons-in-law, Herbert Poole and Bill Huey; her parents, Walter Scitzs and Betty Scitzs; and her siblings, Ivon Skinner, Mildred Keene, Walter Dee Scitzs and Martha Riggins.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Poole, Susan Huey and Aaron Scarborough; her grandchildren, Brandi Watson (Aaron), Belinda Hoffer (Kurt), Jennifer Everett (Blake), Erin Nicholson (Jamie) and Bethany Benson (John Mark); and her sister Katherine Skinner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family suggest memorials be made as donations to Macedonia Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
