She is survived by: her pet Pepper; her husband Charlie Mathis; her children, Kim Foy (Michael) and Chuck Mathis Cindy Mathis (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Tyler Dean, Trent Mathis, Chase Ital, Dakota Ital, Justus Mathis, Emma Hambrick, Mark Hambrick and Madison Leger; and her siblings, Judy Barrett (Wayne) and Ricky Smith (Kathy).
