He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Nicholson and Philip Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Vistan Allen; his children, Philip Allen (Jane) and Gina Allen (Charlie Lundy); and his grandchildren, Drew Allen, Joshua Allen, Sarah Allen, Chisolm Allenlundy and Isaiah "Ziggy" Allenlundy.
