He is survived by: his children, Deb Adams of Collinsville, Barb BeMiller (Bob) of Goshen, IN, Laurie Noel, Mary Noel, Carla VanLue (Larry) of Collinsville, MS and Arthur C. Noel of Phoenix, AZ.
