He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sanford and Ora Ingram Sanford; and his siblings, Sterling Louis Sanford, Vondell Guthrie and Theresa Tyson.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda McDonald Sanford of Collins; his daughters, Kimberly Lynn Sanford of Flowood and Sherry Lee Touchstone (Dave) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Zachary Magee of Long Beach, CA, Christy Kirkley (Paul) of Seminary and Taylor Johnson (Dailey) of Madison, WI; and his brothers, Curtis Sanford of Seminary and Elton Sanford (Judy) of Seminary. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
