He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Thomas Edward Scarlett and Ludie Ophelia Shriver Scarlett; and his brothers, Ray Scarlett, Bill Scarlett and Joe Scarlett.
He is survived by: his brothers, Rick Scarlett and Steve Miller; his wife Doris Scarlett of Collins; and his children, Brother Rick Scarlett (Rosa) of Deltona, FL, John Mark Scarlett (Jan) of Pine Bluff, AR, Deb Miller (Steve) of Collins, Becky Ferris (Rick) of Little Rock, AR, Mary Smith (Billy) of White Hall, AR and Ella Ruth Salgado (Joe) of Forsyth, MO. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
