She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harold Bohanan, Jr. and Laura Kelly Bradley Bohanan; her husband Carroll McKinney Cook; and her brothers, Edward Bohanan, Michael Bohanan and Robert Bohanan.
She is survived by: her children, Warren Eugene Watts (Amy) of Alabaster, AL and Stefanie Cook of Collins, MS; her grandchildren, Noah Watts, Nicholas Watts and Natalie Watts; and her sister Linda Bohanan. She is also survived by her family and friends.
