He is survived by: his children, Ronald Douglas "J. R." Walley, Jr. (Kim), Shawana Smith, Alesha Herrin (Todd) and Laura Walley (Jody Daniels); and his sisters, Cathy Brownlee and Carol McGill. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
