He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Hosey Parmer of Collins; his children, Tracy Fant (Jeremy) of Collins and Cameron Walker of Collins; and his grandchildren, Cheyanna Walker of Collins, Duncan Minter of Ellisville and Collin Fant of Ellisville. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
