He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelyn Ruth "Peggy" Kelly; and his parents, Keith Kelly and Gladys Lavada Clark Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Sammie Jo Cochran Kelly of Collins, MS; his daughter Pam Kelly Bullock (Don) of Hattiesburg, MS; his grandchildren, Kelly Paige Gibbons (Josie) of Hattiesburg and Whitney Pendergrast (Lane) of Hattiesburg; his siblings, Jerry Clark Kelly (Euna Mae) of Tylertown, MS and Jane Ann Kelly of Hattiesburg; and his great grandchildren, Addison Gibbons, Charleston Gibbons, Oliver Gibbons and Penelope Gibbons. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
