He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard C. Mann and Shirley Marie Craft Mann. He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred Annette Mann Andrews (William) of Saucier, Doris Jean Mann of Vancleave, Sherry Lynn Hoskins (Mike) of Gulfport and Georgie Mae McMullen (Alan) of Gulfport. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
