He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Speed and Maudine Ishee Sanderson; his daughter Brandy Speed; his siblings, Frances Speed McKay and Larry Speed; and his granddaughter Abigail Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Dennis Speed of Collis; and his children, Amanda Jackson (Andy) of Mount Olive, Kenny Speed Jr. (Joy) of Sumrall, William Michael Speed (Dawn) of Collins, Chance Speed (Kristian) of Taylorsville, Tyra Speed (Jacob) of Prentiss, Jody Hudson of Seminary, Dale Rosado Jr. (Martha) of Clinton, Daphne Cluff (Adam) of Seminary, Anna Rosado of Collins, Kevin Rosado (Amanda) of Ovett and Derek Rosado of Collins. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
