She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey "Buttermilk" Welborn of Collins; her daughters, Tracie Mattox (Robert) of Wichita Falls, Linda Kaye Hunley (Allen) of Greenville, KY and Jackie Trehern (Dallas) of Mobile, AL; and her siblings, Wanda Street (Winston) of Laurel, Vedia Warr of Theodore, AL, Rachel Busby (Danny) of Strengthford and Mark Koursh of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
