It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Vela Culver of Collins, Mississippi, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Vela Loya; and her husband John Otis Culver. She is survived by: her children, Tina Reid (Clarence) of Collins, Kathy Chapman (Harold) of Abilene, Texas and Raymond Otis Culver, Sr. (Delores) of Abilene, Texas; and her sister Christina Dunn of Abilene, Texas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
