He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Billy Joe Windham of Gulfport, Robert Lee Windham of Seminary, Steffani Jones of Petal and Marquessa Taylor of Petal; his sister Linda Ponder; his daughters-in-law, Joy Windham and Michelle Pope; and his nephew Mike Windham of Seminary. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
