He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton H. Wade and Nelma McLaurin Wade; his brothers, Larry Wade and Sonny Michael Wade; and his nephew Clifton Casey Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Jo Nagy Wade of Collins; his children, Ryan Wade (Maria) of Louisville, Leisa Bohon (Jack) of Crooksville, Karri Wade Barr (Buddy) of Collins, Herston Blake Wade of Vicksburg, Jason Jones of Laurel, Tissy Knight (Shane) of Collins, Chris Schlautman (Ticia) of Daphne and Shay Byrne (Scott) of Collins; his brother Clifton Collette Wade (June) of Collins; and his sister-in-law Bonnie G. Wade of Collins. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
