It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Rosson Yates of Collins, Mississippi, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollin Bass Rosson and Faustina Essary Rosson; her former husband Fred C. Yates, Jr.; her daughter Dianne Yates; and her siblings, Bobby Jack Rosson and Christine Rosson Hubbard.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jessica Carr Cade, Will Yates, Brit Yates, Jay Yates, Zoey Yates, G. B. Sanders, Joey Sanders, Melissa Sanders, Jon Sanders, Nick Carr and Joe Carr; her husband Denson Lott of Collins; her children, Deborah Yates Sanders of Clinton, George William Yates (Melissa) of Vancleave and Cynthia Zoe Yates Mott (Mickey) of Vicksburg; and her sister Jane Rosson Hensley of Sardis. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
