He is survived by: his wife Anna Carter McCoy; his sons, Karama McCoy, Marcelles Taylor, Robert McCoy Jr. (Koiya) and Edward Easterling (Lisa); and his great grandchild Christian. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
