He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Thompson Loper; his parents, Paul William "Diamond" Loper and Rosa Irene Boutwell Loper; his brother Billy Paul Loper; and his grandson Justin Johnson Loper.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Loper (Alisa) of Seminary, Russell Loper of Seminary and Samantha Loper Lucas of Collins; his sister Marilyn Loper Williamson of Seminary; his grandchildren, Billy Don Loper (Miranda), Brian Lucas, Alyssa Lucas, Garrett Loper, Blakestyn Lucas and Briley Lucas; and his great grandchild Atticus Donald Loper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
