He is survived by: his parents, Caitlyn Bullock of Collins and Brian Collins of Seminary; his sisters, Jenaleigh Kitchens of Moselle and Elizabeth Collins of Seminary; his grandparents, Cheree Klug Bullock of Collins, Kenneth Collins of Collins and Angela Mann of Ellisville; his great-grandparents, Wanda, Richard Klug of Collins and Freddy Bullock of Seminary; and his aunt Carrie Bullock of Nashville, Tennessee.
