He is survived by: his mother Sarah Nell Sterling Mitchell of Collins; his brothers, Darrell Mitchell (Diana) of Collins, John Scott Mitchell (Shirley) of Nesbit, Rex S. Mitchell of Collins and Randall B. Mitchell of Collins; and his grandmother Christine Sterling of Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
