He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Herrin Rowell of Collins; his children, Charles Rowell (Chanda) of Collins and Megan Craft (Brian) of Seminary; his siblings, Gary Don Rowell (Sue) of Vossburg, Mississippi and Cathy Baker (Tommy) of Vossburg; his grandchildren, Colby Rowell, Chloe Rowell Broadhead (Will), Tyler Craft and Candice Craft; and his great grandchild Dawsyn Broadhead. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
