He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Carroll Cook and Eula Mae Jones Cook. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Bohanan Cook of Collins; his children, Stefanie Cook of Collins and Warren Eugene Watts (Amy) of Alabaster, Alabama; his siblings, Hugh Cook (Paula) of Memphis, Tennessee and Sandra Thrasher of Meridian; and his grandchildren, Natalie Watts of Alabaster, Alabama, Noah Watts of Alabaster, Alabama and Nicholas Watts of Alabaster, Alabama. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
