He is survived by: his children, Billy Ralph Windham of Collins, Sam R. Windham (Nancy) of Pensacola, Florida and Brenda Windham Carter of Collins; his siblings, John Thomas Windham of Collins, Jerry M. Windham of Mount Olive, Mary Joyce Sullivan of Taylorsville, Peggy Dewitt of Houston and Ellen Windham of Jackson; his grandchildren, Matthew Windham, Jacob Windham, Molly Hanson, Andrew Carter and Austin Carter; and his great grandchildren, Bryan Dickens, Porter Dickens, Kye Payne and Connor Burkhalter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
