He is survived by: his wife Betty Porch Amason; his son Randall Amason (Kim); his grandchild Randa Katherine Neal (Jake); his great grandchild Lucy Vera Neal; his sisters, Joy Rachel and Jean Netherland; and his sister-in-law Doris Amason.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
