He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Allen McFarlin and Birdie Mae McFarlin. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy B. Burkett; his siblings, Jo Reaves VanHorn, Rosie Fairchild (Robert) and Charles McFarlin of Texas; and his nieces and nephews, David Reaves, Cindy Reaves, Justin McFarlin (Chastity), Michelle McFarlin Tutor (Ethan), Chris Bachman and Angie Maestri. He is also survived by numerous other nephews and nieces and other cousins, relatives and friends.
