He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Rowe of Coldwater, MS and Keith Rowe of Atoka, TN; his siblings, Evelyn Coker of Dewitt, AR and Thomas Earl Rowe of Coldwater, MS; and his grandchildren, Robin Rowe and Savannah Rowe.
