He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leland and Emma Taylor Dye; and his sisters, Beatrice Smith, Doris Wells and Jessie Binner.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Chrestman Dye; and his sons, Malcolm Dye (Leigh) of Cleveland, MS, Terry Dye (Vicki) of Lyon, MS and Ronnie Dye (Teresa) of Saltillo, MS. He is also survived by ten grandchildren & twenty-one great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evansville Baptist Church (471 Evansville Rd, Coldwater, MS 38618). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2735 MS-6, Lyon, MS 38645).
