He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W Neal and Marguerite Dossett Neal. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Neal; his daughters, Jana Gaylord of Olive Branch, MS., Carla McGregor (Stan) of Coldwater, MS. and Sarah Neal of Southaven, MS.; his grandchildren, Alex, Sam Gaylord, Jaxson, Avery Norris-Morgan and Sophie Gaylord; and his siblings, Tommie Neal (JoAnn), Eric Neal (Sherra) of Coldwater, Faye Kelly of Metairie, LA, Marilyn Strange (Mike) and Karen James (Mike) of Coldwater. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt Zion Baptist Church 9290 Hwy 306 Coldwater MS, 38618, St Jude Children's Hospital Hospital, or the charity of your choice.
