He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Cook and Ola Belle Cook; and his siblings, Gail Holt, Connie Davis and Troy Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Meredith Cook; his children, Billy Cook (Angelia), Kevin Cook (Melissa), Alex Cook (Crystal) and Wendy Quattlebaum; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Olivia, Abigail, Brayden, Paige, Keely, Felicia and Kendal; and his great grandchildren, Johnnie, Gabriella and Collins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bett Baptist Church (2665 Bett Rd, Coldwater, MS 38618). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (5600 MS-305, Coldwater, MS 38618).
