He was predeceased by: his former wife Kerry Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Blake Morgan and Ashley McIntyre; his parents, Monte Anthony Morgan I and Helen Morgan; his sister Sherri Morgan Watson (Gene); and his grandchildren, Allie Morgan, Gavin Morgan Jr., Mikayla McIntyre and Austin Oglesby.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
