He was predeceased by: his sons, Steven Brown and Timothy Brown; his parents, U. L. Brown and Viola Brown; and his siblings, Ural Myers, Doyal Brown and Joe Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brown of Coldwater, MS; his daughter Karen Burriss (Bob) of Collierville, TN; his stepsons, David Lentz (Juanita) of Senatobia, MS and Jimmy Lentz (Lisa) of Coldwater, MS; and his siblings, Reba Wright of Hernando, MS and Carl Brown of Millington, TN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
