Payne (Teresa) of Southaven, MS, James Payne (Betsy) of Byhalia, MS, Raymond Payne (Andrea) of Olive Branch and Joe Payne (Annette) of Hernando, MS. He is also survived by five nieces and nine nephews; two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
