She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Vernon and Eleanor Bacon Parker; her husband Johnnie Thomas Eddins, Jr.; her siblings, Neola Scoggins, Grace Duzan, Ethel Taylor, John Parker, Oliver Parker and Jim Parker; and her son-in-law Ronnie Algee.
She is survived by: her brother Max Parker; her children, Mary Algee, David Childress (Gale) and Kay Carlton (Rick); her grandchildren, Stacy Algee Brogan, Abby Algee Van Every (Marcus), John Childress (Becky), Brian Childress, Heather Childress Wright (Bobby), Eric Carlton (GinGin), Chris Carlton (Lyndsey) and Ben Carlton (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Mary Kathryn Brogan, Easton, Vance, Jordan Van Every, Noah, Parker Childress, Alexa, Piper Childress, Kylie, Cass Wright, Nia, Frederick Carlton, Lyle, Hales, Lilla Carlton and Brooks Carlton.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and was regularly in attendance in either Arkabutla or Coldwater until her health began to seriously deteriorate and the COVID pandemic prevented much desired social interaction.
