She is survived by: her children, Debra Pina (Gary), Steven Cook (Lisa), Darren Cook (Cynthia), Kim Meeks Brian Cook (Janice) and Tina Barrier (Mike); her grandchildren, Kristy Wilkerson (Ernest), Jamie Swagerty Kevin Cagle, Jr. (Adam), Brandy Cook, Allen Cook, Kaitlyn Cook, Ashley Riley (Brad), Courtney Meeks, Traven Smith and Brentt Barrier; and her great grandchildren, James Wilkerson, Matthew Wilkerson, Connor Swagerty, Serafine Cagle, Trinity Cagle, McKenzie Cagle, Evelyn Cagle, Alexis Riley and Tatum Brooke Riley.
