Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Ragon and Ezelle Ragon; and his brother Rodney. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Ragon VanZandt (James), Henry Ragon, Ronnie Ragon (Cat) and Mack Ragon (Linda). He is also survived by three children, five grandchildren, and a great grandchild and Janet having three children and two grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evansville Baptist Church (471 Evansville Rd, Coldwater, MS 38618). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Evansville Cemetery (471 Evansville Rd, Coldwater, MS 38618).
