He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Irvin and Donnie Irvin; his wife Serena Dunlap Irvin; and his siblings, Clarence Larry Irvin, Josie Sides, Freida Jumper and Vickie Watkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Irvin-Woods (Tony); his grandchildren, Lauren Howard (Trey) and Hunter Woods; his great grandchildren, Layton and Hallie Howard; and his brother Carl Irvin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association or the Parkinson's Research Foundation.
