She was predeceased by: her parents, W. H. "Hardy" Sanders and Nell Wiltshire Sanders Tate; her husbands, Kenny Creswell and Mike Neal; her siblings, Jerry Sanders and LaDonna Turner; and her nephew Hart Turner.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Chris Creswell of Madison, MS and Memrie Creswell of Atlanta, GA; her sister Marsha Shaw of Coila, MS; her nephew Trent Turner of Greenwood, MS; her nieces, Jamie Yates of Mathiston, MS, Amanda Eddington of Starkville, MS and Shelley Andrews of Coila, MS; and her pets, Little Rock and Hey Honey.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilson and Knight Funeral Home (910 US-82, Greenwood, MS 38930). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
