He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Edwin Shaw and Mildred Estelle Walton Shaw; his daughters, Mildred Shaw Manning and Millie Ellane Shaw Saxon; his son-in-law Ronnie Saxon; and his siblings, Edwin Shaw, Eugene Shaw, Gillespie Shaw, Jerry Shaw, Wesley Shaw, Mildred Repass and Judy Green.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Newsom Shaw of Coffeeville; his son Malcolm Walton Shaw Jr. (Wanda) of Fulton; his son-in-law Richard Manning of Drew; and his grandchildren, Kyle McNeer, Erin Shaw and Landon Shaw.
