He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Calvin and Blonnie Clements Madison. He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Purdy (Jason) of Coffeeville and Amanda Hanks (Eric) of Grenada; his siblings, William Madison (Wanda) of Grenada and Beverly Russell (James) of Senatobia; and his grandchildren, Madison Purdy, Makayla Purdy, Jonah Hanks and Elinore Hanks.
