He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Howell and Lottie Humphreys Howell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Oaks Howell of Coffeeville; his children, Jeb Stewart Howell (Pandy) of Coffeeville and Katie Howell of Coffeeville; his siblings, Jerry Howell of Ovett, Ottis Howell of New Orleans and Peggy Houston of Clemmons; and his grandchild Webb Howell.
