She is survived by: her husband Jason McCullough; her children, Ben McCullough, Ab McCullough and Lucy Bea McCullough; her brother Carey File (Melissa) of Batesville; her stepfather Chip Hatfield of Coffeeville; her father-in-law Sonny McCullough of Coffeeville; her brother-in-law Bryan McCullough (Amanda) of Coffeeville; and her nieces, Maeci, Kamryn and Eleana. She is also survived by mother to her three children.
