He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Hitchins Knight. He is survived by: his father Michael S. Knight; his brothers, Eric Knight and Cade Knight; his aunt Beverly Blaine; and also, Jewel Marshall, Doug "Hacksaw" May and Scott Sims.
