He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Garrett; his children, Richard Garrett and Robin Bounds (Shane); his grandchildren, Josiah and Jedidiah Bounds; and his sister Sue Todd of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
