She was predeceased by: her husband John Farr, Jr.; her parents, Lavell Smith and Bessie Nichols Smith; her son Tommy D. Farr; and her brothers, James Smith and Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janie Farlee and Deloris Skinner-Burch (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, David Capton, Jr. (Monica), Christi Brantley (Mitch), Sharelle Shoemaker and Andrea Floyd. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
