He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewis; his children, Kenneth Howard (Jessica), Ronald Lewis, Chris Howard (Stacey), Misty Moreau, Rhonda Scarberry, Patra Easterling (Phil), Wendy Lewis, Tracey Quin and Misty Levy (David); his sister Louise Rodgers; and his great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
