He is survived by: his wife Christina Aldridge-Doss of Clinton, MS; his children, Shebrell Williams-Cameron (James) of Dover, DE, Raven Raymeira Doss of Tampa, FL and Raymond Doss, Jr. of Clinton, MS; his grandsons, Mika'el Davis of Dover, DE, Emmanuel Williams of Dover, DE and Maxwell Cameron of Dover, DE; and his siblings, Diana Kay Eddings of Edwards, MS, Reginald Doss (Gale) of Vallejo, CA and Tramiel Doss of Memphis, TN.
