He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola A. Fayard, Jr. and Dorothy Marie Clade Fayard. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Wolfe of Clinton; and his siblings, Jeanne Turnipseed (Bob May) of New Orleans, Mary Ellen Alack (Jimmy) of New Orleans, Elaine Kottemann (Ron) of New Orleans and Ola A. Fayard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
