She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Floyd "Buddy" Sistrunk and Abbie Bowman Sistrunk; her husband John Garland McQueen; and her sisters, Etoile Netherland and Audie Lee Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Green (Hal), Donna Shaw (Fred) and Johnny McQueen (Susan); her grandchildren, Jared Minor (Maury), Ashley Clay (Raleigh), Allison Shaw, John David McQueen (Emily) and Blake McQueen; her great grandchildren, Hagan, Tucker and Jack; and her nieces, Judy Faye Lofton and Gloria Gomillion.
