He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Bailey Campbell Smith; and his parents, Loyd M. Smith and Montiel Reid Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Glisson Smith; his children, Christi Lynn Smith and David Loyd Smith (Kathy); his grandchildren, Tucker Loyd Smith and Bentley Caroline Smith; and his brothers, Bobby K. Smith (Pat) and Billy C. Smith (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
